Q. Do Tee Ball and Rookies players (Ages 3-6) need to tryout?
A. NO! They will be assigned to a team, and the coach will contact sometime in April.

A. Tryouts are listed on the Events Calendar on the main web page.
Q. Who needs to tryout?
A. Anyone who has never played in Herriman Little League. Anyone who is new to a specific age division (Pee Wee through Babe Ruth). Anyone who wishes to participate in the tryouts to be placed on a new team.
Q. My player was on a team in the Minors (Majors, Pee Wee, Babe Ruth) last year, and is still in the Minors (Majors, Pee Wee, Babe Ruth) this year. Do they need to tryout?
A. If your player is RETURNING to an age division and WISHES to remain on the same team as they were last year, then they DO NOT NEED TO tryout.
Q. What is the fundraiser?

Q. What does the fundraiser cover?
A. The fundraiser is used to offset the cost of registration fees. The league cannot operate on the registration fees alone. The equipment costs, pitching machines, and field improvements cost far more than fees cover. It is imperative to the success of Herriman Little League that all players participate in the fundraiser.
Q. Is the city going to put field lights in?
A. The city want lights, and Herriman Little League needs lights. The cost of the lights is significant, and the city needs the residents and users of the park to help raise money for the lights. Extra money from the general fundraiser is put into a lighting fund. Herriman Little League has also started a campaign to help raise major dollars specifically for the light.
